This vase sits up above the entrance to my apartment complex. No one knows where it came from. It used to sit on the ground until it was damaged, at which point someone put it up in the woodwork. I've tried over and over to get a good shot of it. With the current smokey conditions, I thought it gave a really interesting cast to the colors.

Got my new 23/1.4 a couple of days ago. I walked onto my porch on a gray and drizzly day. I looked up at the overhanging Mimosa tree, opened to 1.4 and snapped. I think there might just be some real magic in this lens.

My wife loves her oranges - and cutting them up on the orange cutting board. A match made in Fujifilm heaven.
Taken with the X100V and flash on the kitchen bench. The flippy screen was invaluable with the camera on the tripod too.

I think...for me, the hardest color to capture, red.
Red, not sure if it even knows itself, as red can mean ANGER, but most certainly, it represents LOVE.
Well....not sure it matters, no real need to beat your head against a wall trying to figger it out, cuz BLOOD is red....too
